Hello,
I've recently bought an Acer Predator Triton 500 PT515-51-73JY and it seems that when I'm pluged in and with more than 40% of the battery and I hit the turbo button, the turbo button doesnt light up and the laptop doesn't enter turbo mode.
I have ordered this laptop along with a RAM upgrade to an official Acer reseller and when I received the upgraded laptop I immediately started to configure it like I always do, so I might have deleted some vital software for the button operation along with other useless applications while configuring it . . . if so then I just have to download it back ? Right ?
But then again it might be an error of the employee that upgraded my laptop, he might have mistakenly unplugged the button . . .

Please help me find out if the turbo button malfunction of my laptop is a software issue or a hardware problem :)

Thanks,

You need Predator Sense and the Quick Access Applications installed for the Turbo button to work.

    Hey,
You just do as he said
You probably uninstalled the app that manages the turbo button.
Register your laptop on acer support then go to your devices, click on your laptop then go in the program and drivers section and download the app u need i think it's called quick access m

I just got a RAM upgrade too (PT 515-52). My TURBO button wont light or work. but the turbo mode on my predator sense is working. I re-installed my predator sense and Quick access already and its still not working. What can I do to fix it? Does the technician forget to plug something inside?
