Is there anyone here who can play CS:GO on Triton 500 without any BSOD and missing GPU issues?!!

I was just wondering, I've seen many Triton 500 users complaining about the problem, where the Laptop would suddenly and randomly crash ingame, and when restarting getting a "Fatal_error_dxgkrnl.sys" BSOD. After that you would have to reset the battery, otherwise the rtx2060 wouldn't be recognized from the system anymore.

From the research I've done it seems that many guys get it while playing CS:GO, so im thinking if there maybe is anything special about this game, that our tritons dont like.

I haven't had it in other games so far (but also haven't played much other games)....so i gotta do more tesing.

So yeah i was wondering if theres anyone who can play CS:GO without any problems? or if anyone has any more tips how to solve this big **** riddle?

(tried almost anything so far) im wondering if theres anything faulty with the hardware components...mainboard?!

It would be nice to let us know more technical details - like windows version, display card driver version and such. This way if anyone else has a similar rig they too could pitch in and try to help.

Firstly the "Fatal_error_dxgkrnl.sys" is a DX kernel system error, get your dxdiag up and see what graphics you are using in the Display part of your dxdiag? Also this error has to do with your settings of your graphics driver that plays that game e.g. could be the Pixel Shader 3.0 or it requires DirectX 9 specifically and its not integrating with and that this game requires, install DirectX 9 again. Or you must have some setting wrong for CS:GO, as this game doesn't need a very high end spec computer and/or graphics card e.g. the CS:GO needs a minimum of:
1. Intel® Core™ 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 processor or better,
2. RAM: 2 GB,
3. OS: Windows® 7/Vista/XP,
4. Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0,
5. Free HDD space: 15 GB and
5. Dedicated video RAM: 256 MB,
Which is a very basic specs, I've played this game on a GeForce GT 640M Win-10 Pro without any problems and worked well, with no BSOD's errors.

Have a look at your NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings and see what graphics you have selected and what gives you this BSOD error? If its the NVIDIA processor is selected for the CS:GO and if that doesn't work then use the generic integrated CPU Intel UHD 630 graphics of your CPU and only select that graphics for the CS:GO, you should do that also in the Program Settings 'Integrated graphics' and make sure its selected to CS:GO.

Also, check your Predator Sense settings, that its set correctly and not overclocking and that its set to Normal and the Fans are set to Auto and not causing any unsual settings and this "Fatal_error_dxgkrnl.sys", because and if you have these setting wrong? Certain games will give you a BSOD screen.
