I have Acer Aspire A515-51G.
I have strange problem. When I'm playing, from time to time, the charging led turns from blue to orange/amber and blinks. At the same time I have huge performance drops. When i unplug and plug it back, it seems to be back, but the TurboBoost is definetly not working after that case, and the performance is better than at this drop, but TB not working and it's not satisfying for me...
Have you any solution?
I have up to date drivers, and BIOS for this device. I did the battery reset (pressing that button in small hole, and let device rest for some time), battery reset seems working, but only for a while, and this problem comes back. Also reinstall of BIOS seems to getting this back. Of course for a while, not permanently...
This happens only at gaming. Temperatures isn't high. Mostly 70-80 degrees.
Please guys, help. It's really annoying

@Muffinek try this Open Device Manager expand 'battery' then Uninstall all battery drivers then Exit DeviceManager
Turn your system off Then turn your system on and check that problem solved or not

Click on yes if problem solved

I'll try. But it's random problem, and it can take some time to check if this worked. So if anybody will have other ideas, please say that!

And nah. Nothing changed :cold_sweat: same thing...
And one thing. The led of AC adapter blinks, not battery one...
