Hi all,
my Acer Aspire E15 crashes and gets a green screen just because of some little vibrations. For example, I move the table or I accidentally drop my earphone on the keyboard. It's a bit too much sensitive so, What could be?

Thank you for any suggestion.
Regards

No, most of the times the screen just turns green and I'm forced to restart the laptop. I don't understand if that is a hardware issue.

It sounds like the video ribbon cable connectors at the mainboard and bottom of screen need to be re-seated a few times to clean their contacts especially if it happens both plugged in and on battery alone. If moving the screen lid up or down a bit also causes this issue, a new video ribbon cable might be needed due cracked conductor traces from wear and tear of opening and closing the lid too much.   Jack E/N
