What else is plugged into the USBA ports? What is plugged in the USBC port right now if anything? Jack E/NJ

I have a mouse connected to the laptop and a 2.4 ghz usb wireless ( for my wireless headset).
I want to connect a docking station into this port ...
    USB 2.02
    USB 3.01
    USB-C1x USB 3.1 Type C (Gen 1)
    RJ-451
    HDMI1
     audio1x Combo

I try to update drivers ( from acer site ) ,
I try to  update bios ..
but it does not seems to work ...  One friend say it's normal to show only USB 3.0 CONTROLLER  because i don't have so many option with 3.1 c type , and it's work with 3.0 driver ..

Your friend is correct, the USBC port is controlled by the USB3 controller & hub. The USBC3.1 Gen1 on your machine is essentially the same as a plain vanilla USBA3 port except for its form factor. If there are no other red or yellow warnings, the USBC port is likely operating correctly but it does not support video output or any other specialty output functions that might be available on a dock.
