@Nischal16 turn on your laptop keep pressing F2 you will both in bios then
1)disable secure boot (if option is grey out then set supervisor password then you can disable secure boot)
    2) Select "Main" from the BIOS menu and select " Enabled" next to "F12 Boot Menu.
Then Press the F10 key to save changes and restart the system.

     1.Go to Settings-->Update & Security-->Recovery-->Advanced startup, click Restart now.
2.In the new window, Select Troubleshoot --> Advanced options --> Command prompt.
    3.Next, select the administrator account.
4.Now provide the credentials for the admin account you opted in the previous step.
    5. Finally, in the Command Prompt window, type following commands and press Enter key after each:

    cd %windir%\system32\config
    ren system system.001
    ren software software.001

You can now close the Command Prompt window, which takes you to Windows Recovery Environment screen. Select Continue option to get into your operating system. After a reboot, you may find that 'There was a problem resetting your PC' issue is solved already

Click on yes if problem solved

1.Again go to command prompt using the method 1i post above , just click on command prompt in the Advanced options screen.

    Command prompt from advanced options

2.Now type the following commands one by one and hit enter after each one:

    a) bootrec.exe /FixMbr
    b) bootrec.exe /FixBoot
    c) bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd

    bootrec rebuildbcd fixmbr fixboot

3.If the above command fails then enter the following commands in cmd:

    bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
    c:
    cd boot
    attrib bcd -s -h -r
    ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
    bootrec /RebuildBcd

bcdedit backup then rebuild bcd bootrec

4.Finally, exit the cmd and restart your Windows.

5.This method seems to Fix There was a problem resetting your PC error
