Recovery of My AN515-52-54W9 won't complete

Hi,

i tried upgrading my AN515-52-54W9 existing SSD and run a recovery to install the OS to new SSD NVMe. Unfortunately, the installation won't go further at 69% then it goes back to the Recovery Option. since it won't go further i turn it off and put back the original SSD. After turning it on, blue screen came up and system restarted, then came up with the recovery screen. by that time i thought it might be because i remove the original SSD so i proceed with recovery but it won't go further as well after reaching 69%. for this i am at lost on what went wrong. (i shouldn't upgrade my laptop)

Hoping you could guide or help me fixed my laptop.

by that time i thought it might be because i remove the original SSD so i proceed with recovery but it won't go further as well after reaching 69%. (from SSD) i think. but after restart laptop shows no bootable. now i am using USB recovery but no avail.

@SonnyOro this happening because of corrupted files did you backup your Window when it come out of box?

yes I did. now i am using the USB recovery that i made earlier. but no avail. tried using Win10 USB installer but laptop won't boot from USB it is only responding with the USB recovery but not moving forward.

@SonnyOro so, still you have that new window 10 bootable USB?.you need to do some steps to boot in that usb

yup, i made it using rufus 3.9 from Win10 ISO and it does work with HP laptop. but for my Acer no.

Boot in bios then disable secure boot(you need to set supervisor password to enable that option) and change bios mode from UEFI to legacy mode(if their is only UEFI option then iignore and try to boot in usb. Report back if you not able to boot in USB again)

yup i did it. but BIOS has only UEFI and after save and restart system still unable to view or boot in USB.

@SonnyOro so to boot in USB in UEFI mode.keep secure boot disable and then
you need to create partition in GPT through rufus.

yup, i did change the setting UEFI (Since no other option), secure boot was disable. while making the USB bootable thru Rufus it was GPT - UEFI (non CSM).

@SonnyOro insert your SSD and bootable usb then turn on your laptop keep pressing F8 then you will boot in blue screen then click on use a usb

while doing it, turning on and pressing F8 still no avail - screen notification is the same "no bootable device".

i tired the old SSD after another, but no avail then again i tried the new one as well. same no avail.

@SonnyOro boot in bios then Press the "F9" key to load the default BIOS settings, which will reset all of the BIOS settings back to the original "factory" configuration. Press the "F10" key to save the BIOS settings then Under the MAIN menu, enable the F12 Boot Menu option. Then try boot in usb
