Nitrosense shows loading screen when I want do use that and doesnt open

Reinstal doesnt work, what i can do ?

1)close all nitrosense services in task manager 
2)open cmd as administrator and type command -
                        lodctr /R
(R must be in capital letters exact how i written)
3)after typing this command press enter then close CMD and open nitrosense
(Try command 2-3times if doesn't working or showing error)

Click yes if problem solved
