Nitro 7 fan does not slow down after heavy process

I recently purchased an Acer nitro 7 (Nitro AN715-51) and after a few days of usage (about a week), I noticed that when I do a heavy process (such as Gaming or software development with IDEs) the fan does speed up to cool down the processors. But after the process is completed and the temperature of processors (both GPU and CPU) are normal, the fan still is spinning with high speed.

When I open NitroSense and toggle the "Cool boost" (Turn it on and off again, since I don't use it) the fan slows down and acts normal again (if heavy process running, speeds up again to cool down and if processors are calm, does not speed up)

Such condition is abnormal and I expects the fan to slow down once the temperature of processors are not high.

Also the custom fan speed in NitroSense does not seem to be working. Because when it's spinning at high speed the custom mode with any config, does not change the speed at all.
