Keyboard of my Aspire A315-42 becomes unresponsive very often, and I bought this laptop 3 weeks ago

Background: I am based in UK and bought my laptop via Curry 3 weeks ago.
Part Number: NX.HF9EK.012
Issue with my keyboard is that the row from "Q" to "Enter" gets unresponsive very often (eg. it is taking me a long time to type this passage). It can get either completely unresponsive, or 1 press of the button will come up with 2 values.
I have tried to uninstall the keyboard driver from device manager and also tried to use the paperclip to press the battery reset button, but the issue creeps back up after.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could advise what I could do, as I got this laptop to work from home during this turbulent period, and it is certainly not ideal to bring this back to Curry's shop now (their phone line is constantly busy too)...

Shut the laptop completely off by pressing and holding the power button for about 5 seconds. Then press and hold the ALT and F10 keys. Then while still holding these keys, press the power button to turn the machine on. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below. I suggest a full remove everything factory reset. If issue persists, immediately return the laptop to Curry's for a refund or exchange before their RMA period expires. ACER warranty service will take longer. Jack E/NJ
