MY acer predator helios 300 g3-572 w/ i5 7300hq, 1050ti (4gb) & 8gb ram didnt preforming upto mark

cpu usage 98% with 99°c  - 100°c temp in the air conditioned room (u can make omlet on the chassy) its burns the fingers while playing, gpu in on 40-50% usage with 60 to 80 degree celsius..
shuttering + fps drop + lagging as hell (cant play properly like light and small game as cs go and fifa 18 with 40-50 fps.. and getting 12fps on the latest pubg update pc steam verion fantasy battel royale )
i tried everything and spends hours of hours research from the forums, YT and this acer predator community (like cpu undervolting, gpu tweaking and etc) but nothing worked out
i recently full reset my laptop and cant find the preinstalled applications (acer care center, acer quick access, acer product registration, predator sense, dolby audio, nvidia geforce experience, norton antivirus, ms office and last but not the least acer's black and red predator wallpaper.. some of it i downloaded from the acer site and other sites like predator sense and nvidia and other cant be downloaded)  this is my second reset and when i reset the laptop for the first time i got each and every preinstalled s/w but  this time i didnt get anything its like stock windows 10
my laptop is 1.5+ years old and im writing this way too late on this pandamic coz i got nothing to do in this boring self quarantine :{ and bit im lazy doing 🥱😇
plz help experts for the last time ASAP

@soyouarehere This happening because of temperature 90+ temperature is not normal.when temperature goes 90+ then CPU/GPU clock decreases to cool down your system at that time you may experience lag,shuttering,fps drop.
Most probably it happens because of bad thermal repaste.

andylb can you plz tell me which termal paste i use for my laptop model?
or it is good to apply the paste myself or give it the acer customer service center?

@soyouarehere is their is any seal or sticker in the back of your laptop on the top of screw?

when the laptop is under warranty, i had already given to service center for servicing the laptop (for randomly switching off and heating i asked them for repasting of termal paste)
