Try pressing FN+F6 and FN+F5 to turn the screen on. Jack E/NJ
Thanks Jack for your proposal , tho that wasnt the issue at all in the specific case .

After 2 days of troubleshooting and reading random posts on the internet , i managed to fix it .
Apparently if the Cmos Battery is dead , the computer wont boot at all .
i had to replace it with a new one , Running without battery at all didnt help either .
once i boot it with the new battery pluged it worked ....

very weird that in the specific laptop presence of Cmos battery is mandatory ....

    thanks everyone .
