The maximum length available in the case appears to be 200 mm (9"+).  I want to install a two fan GTX 1060 TI.  Are you aware of any that others have tried? Thansk.

According to this site there shouldn't be any problem, though take note that each manufacturer can use different form factors for their boards built using the NVIDIA 1060 TI GPU, so double check their dimensions.

I installed an additional 8 GB of ram. Followed up with a new EVGA 500W PSU. Add a 80mm case fan for safety. Made sure that worked.
Today installed a Gigabyte GTX-1650 Dual fan. Runs very quietly. I'll run some 3DMark test runs for comparison. The Gigabyte Card is approximately 1/16" to high at the case shelf where the card is screwed in.  I slightly modified the card clamp to secure the card without excessive pressure on the MB. The metal is thin and malleable so tweaking the case was a 5 minute job.
