Hello, I was wondering why the battery percentage in my laptop suddenly dropped at 96% capacity when unplugged, even though its showing at 100% when still plugged in. (I use the laptop plugged in all the time usually, sometime I use battery only) Does anyone know how to fix this issue? please help :)

@Awar may be this is not problem when battery is 100% while charging, battery decreases few bit down i think at that time you unplugged your charger .

Check your battery health in acer care centre

Not really an issue, batteries have a built in meter that degrades over time. Recalibrate the battery meter by unplugging and using it until the battery is just below 10% (not zero), then charge to 100% and repeat for a total of 3 times. Do this every couple of months for good battery health
