SNID / SL. No. is Showing Wrong during Product Registration

I have purchased one Aspire Switch SW3-013 having Serial No. UTG0NSI002XXXXXXX from Kolkata on 20th June, 2019. till date i have rarely used this laptop but when it has stopped booting yesterday after a windows update, i had to logon to Acer site and it says that this SL. No. is wrong.
however, if a service request is generated, it acepts and shows the particular Sl.No.
also the particualar product shows expiry of its warantee in Acer site, but i have purchased it from a genuine shop with GST Bill.

    You can also see this error if you aren't on the right Acer site, for instance on Acer.com (USA site) when it should be the UK site...

    I can't register my new acer laptop on acer.co.in.

    @Amrithesh2000 what error do you see when you try? Sometimes it's just that they haven't got their database updated quickly enough, which fixes itself in a few days.
