Acer nitro 5 (ryzen2500u) battery problem

i have a problem with my nitro 5 battery. Everything is working but when i unplug it from ac it shutdown. Problem occured yesterday. I tried everything from acer forum. Troubleshoting, battery driver uninstall, power plan reset, pinhole reset from back cover, antoher wall socket, charger is fine. Windows is up to date as the drivers, bios latest version from the box, no viruses, laptop bought in december 2019. Everything else is working great. Laptop is ultra fast, fans are okay. Memory okay, no problem with heating. I keep it in my room i dont carry it around so it is i one postion

what is the exact model? Example a515-51-58vh. Have you checked if there are any power interruption buttons next to RAM?

When i open RAM lid on the bottom there is square metal thing like a cube and ond the lid is square sponge like thing. I can turn on the laptop only when is on ac.

With the notebook turned off, what happens when you press the power button and with the power adapter disconnected. Does the notebook connect only to the battery?

When power adapter is disconnected nothing happens. I cant turn it on. When i connect power adapter i can start it. I cant turn it on on battery

Have you checked that this button is stuck down, meaning you feel like you can't press it?

Is there a warranty seal on the notebook? If not, you can open it and try to disconnect and reconnect the battery.
