After a reboot, my touchpad stopped working. In other words, it does not react when clicking or moving the mouse. It worked without issues until now for like 2-3 months. I'd be super thankful for any advice. Some information:

- I don't have any touchpad option in the BIOS, which I could set to "advanced" (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/533339/predator-helios-300-touchpad-not-working).
- I am not sure how to install the SERIAL I/O drivers for PH317-52 drivers, however drivers don't seem to be an issue, see below (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/586768/predator-helios-300-touchpad-not-working)
- In my device manager under Human Interface Devices, I can see "HID-compliant touch pad". According to its properties, "This device is working properly." The "best drivers" are already installed.
- In my device manager under Mice and other pointing devices, I can see "HID-compliant mouse" twice (!). According to their properties, "This device is working properly." The "best drivers" are already installed.
- I did not damage the laptop (e.g. nothing spilled onto it, did not drop it etc.)
- If I go to Settings>Devices>Touchpad>Additional settings (under Related Settings), I don't see any Touchpad options there. The navbars are "Buttons", "Pointers", "Pointer Options", "Wheel", "Hardware" but seemingly nothing about the touchpad.
