Model: Aspire 5 a515-54G-70AG, no SSD, 4 GB mem.
When I shutdown with the Windows Start key and reboot (power button) system starts slow (should be Fast Startup) causing 2 serious errors in Event Viewer:
Event ID 6008 (Eventlog): Logged as a dirty shutdown.
Event ID 29 (Kernel-Boot): failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4 (A fatal error occurred processing the restoration data; hiberfil.sys corrupted)
Windows doesn't sign out of all user sessions (UAC issue?) or unable to shut down an app.

When I shutdown with Acer's Quick Access Power Button (see below) the booting goes super fast and not a single error in Event Viewer (2 days now)

Microsoft TechNet examined all my records:
msinfo32, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer and DXDIAG files and concluded that my Bios was out of date (1.11 should be 1.16) and that one Intel network adapter driver was broken (I reinstalled latest version of the Intel network driver set and flashed to BIOS 1.16).
Microsoft now recommends to disable Fast Startup for my laptop (hardware compatibility issue?) which works OK without any errors but booting is slow.
Windows and all drivers are up to date, DISM-SFC reports no system integrity issues, mem. and HDD checked OK, have no problem devices, nothing is disabled and I have no other problems.
While waiting for a possible fix from Microsoft, anybody has an idea why this occurs?
