    Go to bios then
    1. Under the MAIN menu, enable the F12 Boot Menu option.
    2. Under the BOOT menu, select Legacy boot and press F10 Save & Exit.
    3. While the notebook is rebooting, press F2 again to enter the BIOS.
    4. Under the BOOT menu, select as your first boot option the USB HDD stick (your USB stick).
    5. Press F10 Save & Exit.

Step1:   Download the 64 bit Windows 10 iso using the Media creation tool

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    Step2:  Download rufus

    https://rufus.ie/

Step3:  Create Windows 10 USB installation media with rufus.....with rufus settings:   GPT, UEFI (non-CSM), FAT32

Step4:  Go in to your BIOS settings and load the defaults (F9) and then save/exit (F10)

Step5:  Go back in to your BIOS settings and enable the F12 boot menu and then save/exit.

Step6:  Boot the Windows 10 USB by tapping the F12 key at the Acer POST logo

Note: My instructions assume your laptop came pre-installed with Windows 8 or Windows 10
