Nitro 5 Keyboard Backlight stay lit for more than 30 seconds

for people looking to make keyboard backlight stay lit for more than 30 seconds, you don,t need to take the chance of installing some new driver that make cause problems,lets just do it using simple bios settings(disclaimer: please do not make changes to any other settings unless you know what your doing completely...)

fixing backlight 30 sec time out

1.) press power button till computer shuts down

2.) wait 15 seconds then press power button down till computer begins to boot up.

3.) press and hold F2 key down until bios window loads up,it will look like old fashioned windows systems page and it will say bios.

4.) once you get there press right arrow on keyboard and move to the right one page at a time till you look near bottom of page and see backlight time out [Enable] <-- use F5 key to change to disable.

5.) then press F10 to save bios keyboard backlight setting...it will say restart save settings, yes or no ? you hit [enter] cause it will already have highlighted [yes]

6.) after you hit enter your all set...

hope you like this ,oh by the way use [Fn] key to left of the keyboard along with [F9] to dim it down to off by repeatedly pressing the F9 key or to brighten the backlight repeatedly press F10
