Fps spikes and temps reaching 85 deg Centigrade on my almost one year old acer nitro 5 An515-42

I bought this laptop almost about a year ago, 11 months to be precise and now when i try to play gta 5, AC Odessey, destiny  2 for that matter even dota 2 i experience a lot of throttle and fps drops which last 5 to 10 seconds at the most and manage to ruin my gaming experience. i have heard that acer had some issues with the thermal pasting and idk how to go about it since i have no acer care centres near where where i live so as to inspect what might be wrong there. these fps drops happen even when i play at medium graphic settings which is quite annoying.Furthermore, i always play with my nitro sense at max with coolboost on and with the battery plugged in at 100% WITH high performance settings enabled, yet the constant fps drops prevail. please help me fix this or grant me some advice to solve this problem.

    There have been issues with Thermal paste and Repasting has helped many people. If you are still under warranty and you have the sticker on the back stating "Warranty Void if removed" then you will have to send it in to a Service center to be repasted. If not repaste with Grizzly Kryonaut and follow this video for instructions
