Acer E5-576G-5762 randomly freezes
I've had this laptop for about 2 years. When purchased, I installed Quickbooks and that has been the only major download/installation I've done. For about the last 6 months, it has been randomly freezing and I have to do a hard shutdown and reboot to continue working. I have tried a few clean up things, checked for updates, etc. At most it might reduce the frequency of the freezes but not more than that. Any help/tips/suggestions would be much appreciated. I like this laptop quite a bit and really don't want to have to buy a new one but the freezing is very frustrating and inconvenient.
