Unable to use a microphone

ORIGINAL - คือเครื่องผมไม่มี hd audio manager อะครับแล้วผมก็โหลดไฟล์ผ่านเวป acer มาเป็นไฟล์ zip แต่ก็ทำอะไรต่อไม่ได้ แล้วพอผมเสียบหูฟัง หูฟังผมฟังได้ แต่ใช้ไมค์ไม่ได้ครับ พอกดเข้าตัวเลือกคือไม่พบอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นหูฟังผมเลยอะครับ ช่วยหน่อยครับทำไงดี

TRANSLATED - Is that my device doesn't have a hd audio manager, then I can download the file via acer website to zip file but can't do anything And then when I plug in my headphones Headphone I can listen But can't use the microphone When pressed into the option is to not find a device that is my headphones at all. Please help. What to do?

Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, the Audio driver version and please post in English to make it easier for others to give you a solution, thanks.
