Cpu fan at 0 rpm

Hi,
I recently opened my laptop to remove dust from air vents and fans. I have done this a lot of times in the past. My warranty on Acer predator helios 300 1050ti version laptop ended two months ago. I took out the fan and heatsink and cleaned it with compressed air. I changed the thermal paste and put everything back together as it was before. But when I powered on my laptop and made max fan speed using predator sense. Gpu fan was running smoothly at 6122rpm but the cpu fan was at 0rpm. I opened my laptop and checked whether I forgot to connect the fan to the motherboard but what I found was that my CPU fan was running for a sec and then stopped and this cycle continues. I didn't know what to do. My friend suggested me to update bios. I updated my bios from v1.25 to v1.26 but nothings changed. Please help.

Is your fans set in auto in predator sense?

No, they are on max. But, I think I damaged my fan's circuit while cleaning it with compressed air. I exchanged CPU and GPU fans to check whether the port is damaged but the gpu fan worked fine on CPU's fan port. But CPU fan had the same problem of spinning for a sec and then stop and then spinning for a sec. After that, I opened the fan to check whether power is reaching the circuit or not. Power is getting to the circuit, I confirmed that using a multimeter. So, that means, the fan's circuit has a problem and it has to be replaced. Please tell me which fan I have to order or will the Acer service center can change that if I pay them what it costs
. I can replace it myself but I don't know where can I find this fan. Please help.
