Predator 3000 Boosting CPU Fan faster?

I already set my GPU fan spin faster with MSI Afterburner because of little overheating, but the biggest problem is with CPU, i dont like the fact that it heats up to 84°c. Is there anyway to boost CPU fan RPM. How to do it? Is it safe?

    84°C is pretty normal for gaming temperature, nothing kicks in to pull the temperature back down until somewhat past that. I believe the fan speed is controlled by the BIOS by looking at CPU temperature and if Predator Sense isn't giving the option to tweak that it's likely not tweakable. A case fan might help...
