its been a week i just bought the AN715-51 i7 9750h, gtx1650 4gb but in gaming i have noticed that there are sudden stuttering in games or sudden Fps drops and i keep Nitrosense at Max RPM and AC at HIGH performance while plugged it i have also noticed that the Cpu gets heated up the max i have noticed while gaming is Cpu at 98 C and Gpu at 86 C , i have also tried tweaking the max processing rate in powerplan options but the stuttering while gaming still takes place and the Cpu still gets to high temperatures. Help is Needed as it is brand new and I still have it in the warranty.

This is happening because of temperature.

Acer nitro laptop are designed to work in high temperature without any damage, less then 90c is normal.

You are getting 90+ temperature when temperature goes 90+ then gpu/CPU clock decreases and you experience lag and shuttering.this can be easily fix by thermal repasting. You can do yourself but in some countries acer do not allow to open laptop to upgrade or something else.if any damage to system while opening laptop it will void your warranty.

So,I suggest you to go to acer service centre they will fix this

May be your graphic card not updated, you don't have nvidia software, download nvidia game ready software this will update you driver.and also check temperature when playing game after following these steps-

    Download from link-

    https://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in

Select your graphic card and download game ready driver. This will update your gpu driver .add you game in nvidia software and set high performance nvidia processor.

Nvidia software provide the best possible gaming experience for all major games. From early access through the lifecycle of the game, NVIDIA's driver team continues to exhaustively test all major milestones so they can optimize performance, maximize stability, and perfect overall gameplay functionality.

(Always play while plug in to get full performance and set power plan high performance)

You need to install two important software.

Both are from Microsoft, Download directx and Microsoft visual c++( you need to download and install both 64bit and 32bit visual c++ 2015-2019)

These software are important for gaming also.

After installing restart system and check
