    Rx560x

this is solution for your issue
-set high performance in nitrosense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE
-After setting up from nitrosense right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option
-then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)
-Then go to change advance power settings
-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY
-then find amd graphics power settings then expand Amd powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY
-set maximum performance if you have this option available

after this check your games fps and userbenchmark

May be because of some settings .
Make you turn off vsync, motion blur etc
Mostly Both rx560x and 1050ti gives equal performance

@GAMING6698 has the info on game settings but 1st Follow my walkthough below to make sure your GPU is setup correctly

The new AMD Adrenalin 2020 Control Center is designed to give support for your hardware and contains Mobile Driver support for this exact model, the Graphics Drivers on the Acer site are only base drivers. Click the link below to download the 2020 Control Center and the latest drivers for the RX560x will be automatically installed
    https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-20-3-1

Most of the problems I have encountered answering questions similar to yours are that users do not have the GPU set up correctly in the Control Center and are gaming on their Dedicated Vega 8 GPU which gives poor performance and is not designed for gaming. I have your exact model and my gaming experience using the AMD 2020 Control Center is good, Follow these instructions

First make sure you game with your battery charged to 100% BEFORE gaming and KEEP plugged into the main AC power while gaming. Make sure "High Performance when on AC", is selected in your Windows Power Plan and in Nitrosense. If you fail to do this your CPU will run at around 50% of capacity and you will experience poor game performance

Open the New AMD 2020 Control Center and click the GAMING tab then click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select ADD A GAME, navigate to your games .exe file and double click it to add it, or you can select SCAN FOR GAMES and let the Control Center search your harddrive for games to add. After successfully adding the game click on the game and you will be taken to another window and click the LAUNCH GAME tab.
Only in this way will your games use the Discrete Rx560x GPU, NEVER launch your game through a desktop shortcut or any other way, do it in the manner I have described.

Please remember that online gaming may experience low fps and stutter due to the games servers and bottlenecking and that has nothing to do with your GPU.

@andylb i already told him to download to download amd software
@OnurJenk i didn't think there is something wrong both graphic card are developed and optimize from different companies.Amd optimize their graphic card for new games.
Both are old games not optimize for Rx560x that's why you are getting same fps in high and low settings.may be these games optimize for nvidia 1050ti.

You can check if your rx560x working well or not .
Just run userBenchmark and you will get 25.9% score of your rx560x if working good.

Always play while plugin to get full performance and set power plan high performance and then run userbenchmark

Ok, so I have the same awkward question. Why is the RX 560x so bad??

The benchmark test gave this score for the AMD Radeon RX 560X:

    25.1%Poor

    So what would this mean?

In addition, i would like to say that i do get 60fps in average in Assassins creed Odyssey (which is a 50gb game, and does require a lot). So what's up with League of Legends?
