I've had this problem ever since I bought my laptop. I get max 60 FPS on every game I play, even old games with the lowest possible settings. Since my laptop has an i7, I'd like to think that it can easily go over 60 frames on these games, and that there is a setting somewhere maxing it at 60.

Things I have done (which have not worked):
Laptop power settings on 'High Performance' Plan
Laptop plugged in and at 100%
Vertical Sync set to 'use application default settings' and vsync disabled in games (like csgo)

Any help would be much appreciated

Vertical sync set to always off.
    Vsync always disable
( both are same it will give fps according to screen refresh rate ,your screen refresh rate may be 60)

You don't say which SF315-52 model you have, is it the 52 or the 52G? Which processor? How much memory? HDD, SSD or both?
