Reformat Helios 300 2019 if Reset/Restore PC fails? (Bootable USB)
So I was just watching youtube when suddenly the magical blue screen of death appeared (PC ran into a problem). I had similar situation last week, but I was able to restore the laptop to a 'restore point'. This time around it was on-loop, went inside recovery mode and finally decided to maybe just to a Clean Reset - to my surprise the reset failed! After the reset, it went straight to the desktop login - instead of going to the windows setup (Im I wrong here?) .. I assumed it failed and tried to reset again... TL'DR:
1. Failed to reset
2. Because I made a clean reset, somehow my restore backups are gone
3. My only option is to reformat outside Windows Recovery - AKA Bootable USB

I created a bootable usb using my mac (I have no access to other windows pc).
- ExFat / GPT
- Mounted the Win10 Installer
- Copy pasted the Mount contents to the USB
In my Helios 300 (2019 version, i5 9th gen) I did the following:
1. Login to Bios (It seem to be strictly UEFI) therefore, I did the following
2. BIOS / Main / F12 Boot Menu → [Enable]
3. BIOS / Security / Set Supervisor Password → [Created new password]
4. BIOS / Boot / Secure Boot → [Disabled]
5. F10 Save & Exit
6. Restart PC, on 'Predator' icon load, I pressed F12 to load the 'Boot Menu'
7. The bootable USB do not know (I thought the USB is wrongly formatted, however, I redid the process in created a bootable drive and still not detected.
8. I made another confirmation by navigating to BIOS Security / Select UEFI Files as trusted - I can see the USB is detected.
I'm facing a blank wall now as I cannot reformat my PC. Maybe there is something wrong n my process of making a bootable usb using Mac. I am still under warranty but I'm away from my country. Would you guys recommend going to a PC shop for helps or is there something wrong in my process. Please let me know =,(
