CPU fan not working Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-51-78NP

The CPU fan on my laptop has been running slow for a while recently. Last week I cleaned the fans hoping that would fix the issue to no avail. The issue has steadily been getting worse and tonight the CPU fan will not even spin. I have reinstalled predator sense as well as was recommended in other pages here. I'm assuming its a physical problem with the fan at this point although I don't know how to check that. I would love some help trouble shooting and potentially finding the correct replacement part. I don't believe the laptop is under warranty anymore as I purchased it a little less than 15 months ago.
