I tried the power button hold and pinhole reset but this both didn't work. It has warranty but our country is quaratine so all acer are closes

It still has warranty but the quarantine makes it useless. May I know other methods that wont affect the warranty?

We are sorry this is happening, can you give me more details of the issue, so I can try to assist you better?
What is the OS in your system? Is it the one from factory?
Did the unit have recently a Windows update?

When you mention the unit shutdown, does it turn on and off or stays off since the shutdown?
The more information we gather the better we can assist you.

Thank you for your understanding and we will try to help, before we assume the unit needs to be send to repair.

    Regards,
    Acer-karp.

    Nope,it doesnt update
And yes after the sudden shutdown.. It does not open anymore (there's no light indicator either when the AC adoptor is plugged in)

It happens on march 20 on exactly 3pm..at that time.. Im only doing fb and youtube then the shut down happens without any further signs.

We just recently bought this on march 8 2020 :(

Have you try to reinstall the Windows to see if that correct the issue?

A auto shutdown is usually a sign of a hardware issue.  From experience it is either (1) Overheating - the system will auto shutdown to protect the CPU from overheating and causing damage to the core.  (2) Power adapter issues.  For laptops, I assume the connection of the physical connection port is soldered onto the board.  So I doubt that this is the issue.  (3) Windows issue.  I doubt this only because if a fresh install it still happens then it points to #1 issue.

First things first, please check out the event viewer to see what the error shows when it shuts itself down next time you turn the machine on.  Just type in event viewer in the search bar in Windows 10, select it then on the left side select Windows Logs, then System.  Look for where it says either error or critical error.  It should give details of the issue.

A couple of things to check.  What is the CPU temperature?

    https://openhardwaremonitor.org/downloads/

use this to check the CPU temps.  If its about 90C+ then its the obvious issue.

Otherwise, it could be memory modules which are a problem.  If the CPU temps seem OK, then check this program out to test the memory:

    https://www.techpowerup.com/memtest64/

If the memory is not the problem, then there could be the hard drive issue.  At this point you will have to test the hard drive.

Follow this guide regarding chk dsk and finding bad sectors:

    https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/guide-to-using-check-disk-in-windows-vista/

Otherwise, use crystaldiskinfo in order to check hard drive health:
