If there is one thing I hate, its sending something to get fixed by "experts" who send back my product with it showing the same issues I complained about within the first minute of using the PC and ALSO CREATING A NEW PROBLEM WHILE THEY ARE AT IT.

What I didn't mention in the report was the Left Control Key not having a smooth press like all the other keys and as a result the button either works or doesn't work. So what I did was i left a note on the laptop with the PIN for the PC (Because I couldnt remove it for whatever reason) and i also mentioned the issue of the control key. Of course, my product was in repair for just over a day because these experts work really fast at doing nothing. Got my PC back today and i tried pressing the control key and I swear it was like i was pressing a brick wall, the button wouldn't even go down. Honestly, which person fixes something and doesn't go over their work to see if they did it properly? WHY BOTHER SENDING BACK A PRODUCT IF YOU KNEW YOU DIDN'T REPAIR IT. What makes it worse is the incompetent customer care agent didn't even mention I had a repair centre extremely close to me but made me send my PC in to a repair centre in Texas !! I'm also super skeptical of my PCs battery life as well, i spent just over 15 minutes on the pc simply typing this up and ive already lost 15% !? Acer, HP, Dell .. its like no matter where you go people are just absolute garbage at doing their job and providing quality service, at this point I want a replacement or my money back.
