Hello, I am using a Acer XF270H monitor. I have a RX580. I have been using this monitor for around 6 months. Until this week, my monitor wouldn't connect to my PC through DisplayPort. It would say "No Signal." When I replaced the DisplayPort with an HDMI cable, it did connect to my PC, but while I was playing, I constantly experience my monitor turning black for 3-5 seconds then coming back. I've tried the 3 different DisplayPort ports on my graphics card, but they all end up with the same "No Signal." I have also tried plugging in both HDMI and DisplayPort cables which does work. I've tried many methods like the turning PC off and waiting a minute. I've tried flipping the power supply switch method, but none seem to work. I have all of my graphics card drivers updated. I am not sure if it is my motherboard, graphics card, monitor, or the DisplayPort cable itself.

The easiest of those to test is the DP cable...

Ok, I will try that thank you. But I'm still wondering why I'm getting black screen flickers on HDMI.
