Buttons on B226HQL monitors not working

I had a pair of Acer B226HQL monitors that work fine for the DVI connection.  I now need to use the DP connection.  I cannot change the input. The 5 buttons on the front of the screen are unresponsive on both monitors.  I cannot find a process for removing an OSD lock for this model.

    I don't believe there is an OSD lock function. When you press the Menu button it should display the top level menu. You then press the Input button to choose the input port.
