Hello,
I have an annoying big problem here i got infected with a ransomeware 2 days ago so i formatted everything and made a new windows but problems started to happen after finishing installing everything again i had a problem the task manager wasn't opening and always saying "disabled by your adminstrator" and the windows defender and firewall was disabled too and couldn't be re-enabled except by going into regedit. and the laptop started to close on its own so i made a new windows again but this time every startup there is pop-up message i want to delete this pop-up message

Everytime i say yes the task manager had the same problem wasn't opening "disabled by your adminstrator and if i chose no everything is fine but the problem is that this message keeps to appear every startup help please and thank you

Did you also format the hidden ACER re-set partition? Jack E/NJ
