I have a 2018 Acer Aspire GX-281 with a Ryzen 1400 and GTX 1060 3gb. I want to upgrade my Ram, as I actually have a 1x8gb 1200mhz which is very slow. The problem is that I don't know the maximum frequency supported by my motherboard.
These are the specs of the motherboard on Speccy:
Manufacturer: Acer
Model: Aspire GX-281 (AM4)
Chipset Vendor: AMD
Chipset Model: Ryzen SOC
Chipset Revision: 00
Southbridge Vendor: AMD
Southbridge Model: B350
Southbridge Revision: 51

Specs say: "Supports DDR4 1.2V 2400 U-DIMMs (4GB, 8GB or 16GB) dual channel up to 64GB total memory". I've got 32GB in mine. I would expect 2400 to work and 2666 to fail.

Purtroppo fino a che non rilasciano un nuovo BIOS (se lo rilasciano) mi sa che non c'è niente da fare.

Unfortunately until they release a new BIOS (if they release it) I know that there is nothing to do.
