When i plugged in my charging cable a spark came and my helios 300 blacked out and stopped working.

Could you please contact Acer support centre in your country to inquire about the warranty repairs, they are the best to get advice from.

@SwayZn seems to me you had a short circuit and technically it's covered by warranty unless the engineers suspect/ptoof it could be due to any issues with your socket etc especially if you don't have proper earthing and surge protection but as it was said contact acer support from your own country directly and send it in they will let you know after a thorough inspection as u most probably have a dead mobo

Mobo in the sense motherboard? Wont they charge me ?

SwayZn if youre still on warranty and they dont diagnose it as being your own fault no but if they do find out after all diagnostics it was unfortunately  yes you would be charged
