No WiFi

So I just bought a new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-57VK. Upon starting it up, there doesnt seem to be an option for WiFi. I have tried installing new drivers with no effect. The only option that is available to me is an ethernetcable. Google hasnt been very helpful in this regard.

This link seems to be a very similar problem, however I never had WiFi to begin with. 

So far I have tried to do a factory reset, I installed new WLAN drivers all without result.
If I run troubleshouting it prompts me to use an ethernet cable.  

I am stumped. How can I solve this issue?

Suggest you to update your window .window will automatically install appropriate driver and fix some bugs.
