    Hi there, unfortunately on my case it was a hardware issue. To be more correct there is a chip named SMC chip, which controls the voltage across the motherboard. After replacing the chip the laptop works but not perfectly as it was. It became slower (the repair guy couldnt find the original part to replace). 
    I strongly recommend you and whoever has this issue to try all options mentioned above before doing this. This is the last thing you can do!
