Acer Nitro 5 AN15-53 Won't Wake From Sleep

Having issues with the laptop getting stuck in sleep mode. Usually if I leave the lid up, go somewhere for 15 minutes and come back the keyboard is very hot and it won't let me wake it via the mouse or pressing any button twice. I have to hold the power button until it shuts down and then press it again to restart. When it restarts the fans go wild and run at full speed for about a minute and I have to select the O/S to use. I have set the sleep option to hibernate and have tried sleep but it never comes back up. The laptop is always plugged in to the power, I have put in a one TB solid state HD and have 16gb ram. Been searching for over a year and have tried everything that I have found and it's still an issue. Up to date as far as software. It is a late 2018 model.
I'm hoping that one of you guys has maybe found a way round this problem and can advise me. Just hoping for newer answers. Thanks.

    Good evening Marquiess !

My initial advice is to avoid Windows hibernate and sleep modes.
Since the 1903 releases, there have been several errors in the part of power management that causes these problems, on various devices of any company.
It is already known that Microsoft intends to release a new fix patch later this year.
There are several "parallel" ways to try to remedy the problem, but none 100% functional yet.

I assumed it was an Acer issue but if it's a Microsoft issue I guess I have to wait. Looks like this issue has been around for a while so I would hope for an answer soon. I have read so much bad about this being an Acer thing but looks like false information.

This is not a Microsoft issue, I have owned 4, Nitro5's for years the latest bought a month ago and that is still an issue. Also if you close the monitor the computer goes to sleep but refuses to awaken when the lid/monitor is opened the keyboard lights up but the monitor never awakens. The only way to use the computer again is to hol down the power button, power off and restart. It drives me crazy, I have to make sure I save any work before closing the monitor to sleep the computer. I really hope they find a solution to this.
