Just got it today and I can't for the life of my get any audio. I' unplugged and plugged it back in, did the same with my HDMI cable, went in to the sound settings and made sure the monitor is the output device, I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I've restarted my computer, tried going through the NVIDIA control panel, etc, I've done everything I can think of. I tried to look it up but the only audio issues I can find are for the XB241HU and none of those helped. I went through the manual settings on the monitor as well to no avail.

    Hello,
Could you give me the first ten characters of the monitor serial number (S/N) and also the part number (P/N)?

    7310322774 are the first 10 of the S/N. I don't see a P/N on the back

My apologies, I was looking at the SNID.

    S/N is MMT5VAA001
    P/N IS UM.FX1AA.001

No problems :). First have you tried this?
    • Power reset the monitor by removing power from the monitor and pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds. Reconnect the monitor and power it on.

    1. Have you done a test by connecting your laptop to a TV?
    2. Do you use the cables shipped with the monitor?

My computer works fine with the two tvs I connected it to and my headphones. I've tried 3 HDMI cables as well.

I was going to but when I put in my SNID they told me the warranty had expired and I'd have to use their fee service
