Your most suitable and best upgrade is to the Core i7-4790S which has 4 cores, 8 threads, normal 3.2GHz, turbo 4.0GHz, 1MB L2 cache, 8GHz L3 and TDP 65W this CPU has an upgradeable chance of 100% to your existing Core i5-4460. This upgrade will also give you a relative performance improvement of 30% on your existing Core i5-4460.
