Can't Boot from USB in BIOS

I have an Acer Aspire 1 A114-31 and even after deleting every file and app I have no space on the hard drive. I have a USB with Windows on it and want to reformat the hard drive but there is no boot from USB in the BIOS. Can someone help me figure a way to boot from USB?

    @nrussell18 fire up Disk Management (right click on the start menu and choose it from the list) and send us a capture showing your drive. Most of these models come with a recovery image on the drive, allowing you to reset back to the factory image. There are also steps that we can take to free up space...
