Good day. I replaced my Nitro AN515-53 (Nitro 5) screen because the old one got damaged. However, on replacing it, the picture quality is not the same. The graphics of games which were once okay is now sub-par. How can I resolve this? I have tried color calibration, but it either doesn't seem to work or I don't know the ideal settings.

Also, I replaced the screen at an Acer recommended partner and they told me it was the right screen they put.

If however, this is a hardware issue, where can I get a Nitro 5 replacement screen? Especially a store that ships internationally.

The AN515-53 came with three different screen resolutions:
    Resolution: 1366x768 / 1920x1080 / 3840x2160
All three screens fit physically in the laptop. My guess is he looked up the wrong part for your SKU, most likely he put the 1366x768 in instead of 1920x1080.

The model is Nitro AN515-53. I don't understand what part number of screen means. However, the person that installed me showed me one LCD number on the original screen and said it's the same with the replacement he put. I guess that's the part number you're talking about?

Oh. I think that's what happened.
