i applied conductonaut a year ago, thinking it might have dried up(which it didnt when i opened the laptop) i changed it arctic mx-4,it didnt show any changes at all
now i cant use my laptop normally anymore, warranty expired a year ago, please help
thanks in advance

Try repasting Kryonaut thermal paste and check the results..

Because you say your paste looks good, You can try undervolting with Red Sands custom throttlestop packages, they are safe, well tested and easy to use, if you have Intel XTU uninstall it first, it should bring you down by about 10deg

I dont have that to try but how can it improve over conductonaut?

No Intel XTU does not increase temperatures but it conflicts with Throttlestop so uninstall it first. You may have done a bad repaste job, I don't know. The GPU would not cause the high CPU temps so try the Throttlestop trick first and report back and we will go from there

hiteshgavini171   Also just to point before you uninstall XTU (if you have it) reset the settings to default then completely uninstall it and shutdown the laptop (not restart) then boot into bios and reset setup to defaults after you can use TS as mentioned above by @andylb and as @Rudy21 stated above get a ny good mobile phone precision tool kit with pry tools and some kryonaut and repaste it (spread method just a thin layer covering both diodes its enough to much paste its bad) also make sure you clean your fans/exit airflow properly/optimize windows and lift the back 2/3 inches for a proper airflow and youre good to go :)
