Go in safe if they are working in safe mode.
Then there is something which causing issue reset your laptop if it working in safe mode.

When you turn on the laptop then immediately keep pressing F8 to see options(advance boot menu) there is safe mode also go in it

Ok on you laptop when you come in desktop then

    Use "Shift + Restart"

press and hold the SHIFT key on the keyboard. With this key still pressed, click or tap the Power button and, in the menu that opens, click Restart.

Windows 10 restarts and asks you to select an option. Choose Troubleshoot

On the Troubleshoot screen, go to Advanced options.

On the Advanced options screen, choose Startup Settings. Depending on your Windows 10 computer, you may not see this option at first. If you do not, click or tap the link that says "See more recovery options."

Finally, click or tap the Startup Settings option.

Windows 10 says that you can restart your device to change advanced boot options, including enabling Safe Mode. Press Restart.

Then you go to safe mode from the function keys

The machine came with integrated Win10 OS but wasn't activated, both the Office suit and the OS so I decided to Format It and Run another OS, By doing so I switch the Bios Boot Mode from RST with Optane to AHCI before it recognize my flash drive for the NEW OS setup, the moment it started the installation process the mousepad was OFF so i though after the installation it will come back, After the installations Both MOUSEPAD, KEYBOARD and Screen-touch never work, I downloaded all the software from Acer website but nothing till I use Driverpack 2019 online, after the software installation the screentouch and keyboard started working but the mouse is still OFF when u check the device manager all the device are installed but the mouse is not working

GO to device manager then go to mice and other pointing devices. First try to select update driver if it show driver is up to date then uninstalled these devices and restart you system

After restart check if mouse working if not then click on automatically download driver and install it

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Head over to Updates & Security Troubleshoot.
    3. Click Hardware and Devices, and click Run the troubleshooter.
    4. Wait for the process to finish.
    5. Restart your computer.

So it window 10 build 10.0 10589 thanks for this. so try this there is chances this will work

it appeared to be due to a problem with the DCOM configuration.

Going to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services and expanding Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM Config brought up an error, with a prompt to fix. Accepting the fix, and rebooting appeared to resolve the issue
