Sound sputter? Help!

Okay so, I just got this Acer Nitro 5 just the other day. Right out of the box, the sound is kinda sputtery. I figured it needed a bit to install new drivers and maybe that would fix it up. I was wrong after doing so, it just continues and is even worse now. The sound sputter lasts for a few seconds, and when it does, I cant move my mouse and any visuals just freeze up. It isn't the speakers, I've tested it with and without my headphones. The laptop isn't overheating and hasn't even been on for an hour when it does it. From youtube videos, to discord notifications, and mmorpg games. The sound sputters. I don't keep many things open at once, I only have one browsing tab open if I even use it. Discord running and the game I'm playing.
Please help, I don't know how to fix this problem. I'm a complete noob at computer specs as well.
This computer is the Acer Nitro 5, Gaming Laptop, Intel CoRe i5, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, Windows 10. All drivers are up to date via windows update checker.

Since, its a new device i would recommend you to try performing system refresh and check.

I don't think it's sound related, it sounds GPU related. Download and install the latest Nvidia GTX 1650 gameready driver directly from here. Click the download button in the link I have provided below
