Hi there,

I have the GX 791-713B Predator and I have Dolby Audio. I use Cloud 2 with jack and not with the dongle. When the mic is on use, the Dolby Audio turn automaticaly off, I make some search and not find a fix so I don't really understand why this turn off :/ It's really annoying coz I all the time need to adjust the volume coz when Dolby Audio is on, the volume is more loud than when it's off... Do you guys have this issue? I don't have the soft when I first launch the laptop coz I did a clean install and I deleted the acer partition (my mistake :( )

Sorry for my english :s

Thanks

YgrecPeKa you can find the stock drivers on acer support page from your own country for your own model and also bare in mind dolby audio will auto switch off in some games who have their own internal audio settings or even if you use another audio boost software like me fx sound enhancer or dfx audio it boosts the sound by a lot i used to use srs audio sandbox and dfx to boost it up but unfortunately srs its not supported by the new realtek drivers/adapters anymore which its a shame.

You can/should get a 16gb usb drive and create a stock recovery drive via care center for safe keeping (this should be done out of the box first day its booted before windows updates run and rewrite the recovery to the latest version) also if youre planning to reset to stock recovery clean install you should backup whatever you need and follow this guide select delete everything option,
