so what happend is when the laptop on battery every thing is fine but the problem starts when battery hit 30% the cpu clock speed slow down to 0.19 GHz and the laptop starts lagging and even cant watch youtube video on chrome because frames drops....the problem didit occur when on Ac charging adapter even if the battery in 30% or less....i tried power mangment setting and nothing worked...after heavy searching i think it is speedstep problem but i cant find it in bios to disable it......help my please!!!!!

Hi,
You could try changing the Minimum Processor state to 100% in Advanced Power settings, please follow the instructions in this link:https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/use-maximum-cpu-power-windows-100 -

Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for while, reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the laptop before start using again. no.3 is the pinhole for reset in my snip.
