I was just watching youtube videos, not even gaming. Temperature was normal (an fans were silent too) and suddenly the speakers started to make really noisy sound. The sound comes from both speakers (bottom left and right regions). Is there anything I can do to fix this? I bought this laptop around 6 months ago, and have never experienced similar issues.

Edit: I guess I should have tried turning it off and on first (duh). It fixed the problem, but I am still freaked out, what could have caused it? Should I try getting some help to prevent anything more serious in the future?

Edit 2: I just noticed USB ports (all of them) stopped working as well. (and restart did not fix it). What is happening?

  • What is the exact model of the notebook? Example: AN515-51-75KZ. What happens when you reset the battery?

ach113 after a battery powerdrain (H300 2019 use the power button) as suggested above by @egydiocoelho my suggestion is to backup whatever you need and perform a stock recovery clean install to rule out any software issues choose delete everything option and dont update drivers/bios via windows updates only update whatever you need manually and if needed if the issue persists after this i would contact acer support and send it back to get it checked as its probably hardware
